drafts plans required urgent

Hi. I have a home and income in Papatoetoe and need some further plans drawn for the minor dwelling. Currently a 'loft' minor dwelling that sits on top of double garage. Currently only using 29m of the allowable 60m for a minor unit. I would like to include a portion of the garage into this total floor area to maximize allowable space of 60m. For this i would require plans to be drawn and assistance with the council process and application.
