Resource consent required

I am looking at obtaining resource consent for a minor dwelling on one of my properties in manurewa . I do not intent to build the minor dwelling just obtain resource consent then sell the property with that in place. I require someone to complete the minimum required works for a resource consent in manurewa. I say minimum because I am working with a minor dwelling company on another site and they do the full feasibility study and costings for all build works. Which I don't require on this site. I have spoken to Manukau council and it is feasible.
