New Addition and Alterations to Existing Property

Looking for design ideas/concepts for adding another bedroom, internal garage and an ensuite to existing bedroom to a small --- 's house. Also involves remodeling front entry and moving/increasing size of laundry. looking for cost effective solutions so we can make a decision if it's best to add on or move on to somewhere else. Happy to pay small fee for concept plans/sketches
