Looking for an experienced Manukau based draftsman to do the plans. We have a split level house at 8 ilex place, Totara Heigths, Manukau 2105 Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, 1 ensuit (master bedroom), 1 shower over bath (separate), 1 toilet (separate) Downstairs: double garage, main entrance, 1 bedroom with rancheslider (separate entrance) with ensuit toilet. The goal is to turn the downstairs bedroom with en suit into a self-containing unit (studio). Adding: shower and kitchenette. Currently the room with the toilet and the wardrobe is around 18м2. Possible - extending the living space downstairs (load bearing wall). resource consent will be required I don't know the budget yet, so the number is of the top of my head.
