Building relocation

I have two existing buildings that require plans and building consent for foundations and services in thier new location on my site prior to being put in place by crane. I have an existing resource consent for these buildings on my site at 86 Melville st, Dunedin Central. I'm seeking draughting to include with the building consent application and have meet with dcc planning who have indicated thier requirements.

Draw up plans to remove load bearing wall

We require plans to be drawn up, and resource consent submitted to council for the removal of 1 or 2 load bearing walls to make our house open plan. Walls marked in red are load bearing, and wall marked in green is not load bearing. Green wall will be removed without a consent (as this is an exempt task). The wall between the dining and living is the priority, with the wall between the dining and hallway a nice to have (if its easy to do)
