Drawings

We are refurbishing a flat in Central Dunedin (mid-70's build) and want to remove the load bearing wall between the kitchen and lounge area. Require a draftsperson to do drawings to submit to the DCC for the consent process. Timing - would like to have consent through and begin the building process by mid-Sept.
