Tree and Hedge work

Need to pruning the tree branches on top of the house and trimming the hedge. Tree: pruning branches back to the blue line in the image attached. Hedge: trim the hedge height back to approx. 2m. Tradesman welcomes to the property and give me a quote. I would like to start this work ASAP.

We have a large tree in our front yard that we'd like topped to just over half it's current height. We'd also like the branches pruned so that they are clear of the power lines that run from the street to our house. Additional to this is a cabbage tree that we'd like cut right down to the stump (stump removal not required).
