Tree pruning

We have a large tree in our front yard that we'd like topped to just over half it's current height. We'd also like the branches pruned so that they are clear of the power lines that run from the street to our house. Additional to this is a cabbage tree that we'd like cut right down to the stump (stump removal not required). And hedging that runs along our fence that needs pruning, both on our side and also along our neighbour's driveway. We may get all of these done, or two out of the three depending on how much the quote comes in at.
