Fisher and Paykel Dishwash Draw repairs

Bruce was awesome. Our dishwasher had well exceeded its lifespan but he tried really hard to repair it anyway so we didn't have to replace it. This is a chattel in a new home we've purchased and when we realised the machine was unsalvegable, Bruce offered to write up a full technical report to support us in claiming back expenses from the previous owners and real estate agency for selling us a faulty product. Top notch service. Would hire again.

Very helpful. Vijay got the dishwasher going again which I really appreciate as I can't afford a new one and this one has worked very well up till last week. He worked through various options to identify what was causing the problem and I liked that he explained what he was doing. He also cleaned the top and the cavity, after completing and then testing that the fix was going to work. He suggested using less powder than the powder manufacturer recommends and I appreciate that advice.
