Very helpful. Vijay got the dishwasher going again which I really appreciate as I can't afford a new one and this one has worked very well up till last week. He worked through various options to identify what was causing the problem and I liked that he explained what he was doing. He also cleaned the top and the cavity, after completing and then testing that the fix was going to work. He suggested using less powder than the powder manufacturer recommends and I appreciate that advice.
