Initial visit to ascertain the issue with my cooktop was prompt, affordable and gave me clear options. I was offered a repair or replacement, both with clear costs. I selected a replacement with a same sized unit as the price was better and included a guarantee, which was unavailable for the part.

Honest, super fast work. My only issue is that the service if bit pricy considering the dishwasher is not broken (my tenant accidentally pressed the child lock mode, hence why the door is not opening).
