Replace Clearlite Pergola with Independent Fly-over Roof over Timber Deck

Very pleased with both the result and the all round team work. Very well organised, great crew. A custom flyover pergola for shade, ventilation & access to guttering, my back deck is now an enjoyable living space in any weather. Photos to come.

Placed 3 slabs in one day - couldn't be happier. We've used a range of concrete placers in Nelson and Concrete Unlimited have outperformed them all. They managed to get the job done without needing concrete pumps which was a big cost saving. Surface finish and levels were great. Cut the next day with zero cracking.

Residential Bedroom Wall and Ceiling Re-lining

Plasterboard Installation Motueka, Tasman

The house had previously had sub-floor flood debris removed and I was interested to see if the wall interior framing had been affected (it hadn't) as well as replacing 70+ year old linings. Both the wall interiors and the keen and professional way that this company undertook the work were pleasant surprises. It really was a great relief to have such a good team on site, highly professional, competent, energetic & well organised. Many thanks!
