An internal section of wall has been removed in my house that has since been flagged as load bearing. There was an opening previously in the wall with no lintel and no signs in the property file that this was ever consented this way. So I now need:
1. Absolute confirmation of load bearing
2. If so, what are the lintel requirements
3. Assistance with consent process if required
