I've just received 8 flat PACs, a bed frame, a coffee table, an entertainment unit, a buffet cabinet, side corner coffee table, these all require unwrapping, assembly, and cardboard, plastic removed from property. Also require new front loader washing machine to be connected. Two pallets requiring removal

Bedroom Gib Stopping

Most of the house is insulated however the top roof and this rear area aren't and would likely require roofing iron lifted and installation of batts and foil. Having double glazing installed as well to upstairs rooms so may be able to coincide jobs while scaffolding in place If needed. Looking at end May early to Mid June at the latest

Hot Water tank install

Kitchen back splash

We have a kitchen back splash to be tiled. We need an experienced tiler as the shape of the tile is unusual. We have purchased the tiles ourselves. We need the full wall at the back of the bench done and then it is dependent on how many tiles are left as to how much of the wall to the right is done.It also needs to be tiled along the back of the sink. Measurements of main back wall are H 1460 X 2310

Mount New Towel Rack on Tile Wall

I've just got my property back after being a rental and have found (annoyingly) the towel rack is missing. This job is to install a new towel rack; doesn't have to be a replacement of what was there, just something that will look good and be functional (please make a suggestion). As you will see in the pictures, the wall is tiled. I work full time, but the property has a lock box or I can give you the number of a real estate agent who can arrange access to work with your schedule.
