Laundry Renovation- Laundry

We have a laundry in need of renovation! We are desperately short of storage space, and are wanting to renovate our laundry to ensure that it looks cleaner, and have more storage. I have attached some photos of the current laundry, as well as a rough drawing of what we would like things to look like. As you will see, we would like a small bench space going over the current washing machine and dryer. We would then like to tile against the wall (we have the tiles already). We are then thinking of having two cupboards that are wall mounted. There is a power socket on the wall towards the left, so were thinking of having some open shelves to the left of this. You will see also there is a door to the left, which is very infrequently used. We would also like to look at a solution for hanging broom/mop from here, as well as a potential option for hanging a laundry basket/bag off here. Please note- the picture is for general plans only, and is most certainly not to scale!
