Flashing Taping of Roof

ROOFING 1) Size is approx 100sqm Hi there, we are buying a house and had a builders report done on the property. One issue raised is regarding the roof needing some maintenance to buy more time before they roof is actually replaced within the next 5 years. Door frames, skirting and other interior tasks

Replace door and door frame (door required), put in new door frame (no door), attach skirting in 3 rooms (3x3m each. Skirting supplied). Measure, cut and attach architraves to bay window (material supplied). Replace wooden front steps (5 steps) and side door steps (4 steps). Finish boxing and plaster around 2 skylights. Cut and fit 2 interior window sills (1.5 m long each).

New garden path and garden walls

Concrete a garden path and put in 6 steps. Exposed aggregate concrete is prefered finish but concrete block pavers are also ok. Roughly 15 sq metres. Build a new garden wall for a raised garden bed - 3.5 sides of 2x4 m garden bed. 2 sides border the steps and approx 3-4 m of walls is 1200mm high the rest is 200-600mm high. Concrete plaster the new wall (as before) and an existing brick wall to the street (3.5m x 1m high) Existing brick wall needs some levelling.

Move Sleepout

Move a small sleepout approximately 20 metres to a new position on the site. The sleepout is about 2.5 x 3.7 m, and currently sitting on 12 small concrete piles. The job will include either preparing new piles or instructing me how to prepare them, then moving & remounting the sleepout. No electrical reconnection is required.

Finish my garden
