Bathroom: remove bath, replace with shower. install laundry tub, hand basin, mirror, heat lamps, extractor fan and remove old pipes from wall. Kitchen: Install brackets to place dryer above washing machine. Require a cupboard to be built around dryer and tub to reduce noise and hide the appliances. Installing 2 x shelving and cupboards - one pantry with shelves able to be pulled out and one bench top with open shelving above. Bedroom: Building a tall wardrobe with shelving. Living Room: Installing 3x light fixtures. PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THE FIXTURES EXCEPT FOR THE LIGHTS.
