Flashing Taping of Roof

ROOFING 1) Size is approx 100sqm Hi there, we are buying a house and had a builders report done on the property. One issue raised is regarding the roof needing some maintenance to buy more time before they roof is actually replaced within the next 5 years. The builder advised that Flashing tape be used to remedy the problem. I want to know the approximate cost to do this job for 100 sqm house roof. Thanks a lot P.S.
