Exterior staining of house

110sqm cedarwood home. multi-levelled, so scaffolding may be required for at least two sides. Stained previously, approximately 5-6 years ago. Would prefer job to be done mid-late November.

Bath repair

I do not know if this is possible but I have a bath with shower above it. It has seratone panels to the ceiling on two sides and rimu panels on the face of the bath on the other sides. The (plastic) bath is cracked on the base and water slowing leaking onto the particle board floor discolouring it. So, is it possible to repair the bath with a chemical seal on the hairline cracks or can the bath be replaced without needing to tear down the entire walls on the two sides of the bathroom.

Paint exterior of 3 1-bedroom flats. Two up and one down (brick). There is scaffolding on-site that can be used and moved. Only weatherboards, window frames, doors and steps need painting. Perhaps give a quote for the separate house in the front to see if I can persuade the absentee owner to have it painted. I will paint the concrete block base of the carport area and garage.

Exterior Deck Stairs

We have just built a new addition to our back deck and now require steps to complete the project. As steps can be tricky to calculate we want a labour only quote (we will provide materials). The deck level (of the new addition) is 700mm off the ground and 4200mm approx. length. Ideally we want enclosed full length steps (suitable for seating & safe traffic movement of young kids). We calculate 3-4 steps. Ground level is slightly sloping; dependent on existing concrete path (cannot be removed?)...

I have removed the old wall and double doors to open up for a single bedroom cupboard with 3 sliding doors. I will be installing 3 Boston sliding door as close to the ceiling as possible. (2.4 high). I have thoroughly stripped the gib in my hallway, stairwell and toilet, and now need them plastered to a paint finish. The existing gib is in quite good condition, no gaping holes or anything like that. The stairwell is high, so you will need either scaffolding or high ladders you feel comfortable on.
