I want to renovate my bathroom. I want a new bath and vanity as well as new waterproof lining on all walls and ceiling and lino on the floor. The gib wall between the bathroom and spare room is pretty rotten, so this may need to be fully / partially replaced. Also need new extractor fan, as the existing one is too small and not very efficient. Also, a new light baton on the ceiling and switch to operate the light and extractor separately. There is an existing recess in the wall with a cabinet - I want this removed and covered over.
