Install Car Radio

I need someone to install my car radio. I work for a charity called SEA SHEPHERD CONSERVATION SOCIETY and this is our work vehicle. We have bought a car radio/cd player and just need this installed for as cheaply as possible. Replace bathroom floor

This is a leaked hot water cylinder in my rental property that has damaged the entire floor, I need a person to remove bath vanity and cylinder housing and replace floor with marine grade ply and replace bath etc. Approx 4 days work really keen to get this started on MOnday 21st December yes very short notice. Any help appreciated not really a difficult job however is a bit messy having to remove the floor etc.

We have got a 98sqm bungalow in Mt Albert that will need the floor sanded and polyurethaned. There is most likely around 75sqm of useable floor space at the moment. There is existing carpet that we will remove ourselves. We will also ensure that all tacks/nails are removed from the floor before the sanding is undertaken.
