We have got a 98sqm bungalow in Mt Albert that will need the floor sanded and polyurethaned. There is most likely around 75sqm of useable floor space at the moment. There is existing carpet that we will remove ourselves. We will also ensure that all tacks/nails are removed from the floor before the sanding is undertaken.
