Rangehood - to provide and install

I would like a kitchen rangehood installed into my rental property in Christchurch. Will need ducting to exterior wall as kitchen stove is a benchwidth away. Would like to purchase cheapish new rangehood or else second-hand one in good condition. As long as it goes, is reliable, and has a warranty of some sort.

Paving round the house

I have existing paving which now needs to be re-done after building work has been completed. 1. Pave 900mm out from the house at the front and on the garden side. 2. Re-lay paving stones that were carefully removed for building work plus some additional paving at the side entrance to the house. You will need to do a site-survey and measure up.

Open Plan

Bought an old state house. I need a plan to be able to do a number of things. 1. The kitchen is small, want to have open plan, a wall needs to come out, hot water cylinder moved, a new kitchen put in. I want to put a log burner at some stage and build a deck. Cant do all this at once but want to have a plan that I can work towards. The priority is opening up the space between the kitchen and Lounge and putting in the kitchen.

Small job - Aquatica shower mixer venturi removal

We have just upgraded to mains pressure hot water. Previously we had an Aquatica shower mixer with venturi installed and now would like to consider removing the mixer, taking out the venturi (to get more cold water flow) and re-installing the mixer. Access to mixer is easy through the wall of the shower. We are in Mangere Bridge. Thanks
