Underbench oven/hob unit

New Cupboard Doors

We need a unit built out of laminate or similar that can house our under bench oven and hob , this is going in place of a freestanding oven so will need to be able to house the hob without a bench. We have all the measurements and drawings done on autocad, we just need you to build it for us!:)

Complete Renovation

Inside, complete refit, 4 bathrooms/ensuites, kitchen, stairway plus other we can discuss. Fix leaking shower mixer and certify bathroom plumbing

We have moved some of the fixtures in the barhroom and replaced some of the old pluming and would like to have this work certified. The new connection into the mixer is leaking (a little) and will need to be fixed. We are in Ngaio.

Connect bathroom extraction unit and security light to mains

I've installed both the HPM heat/fan/light unit and the security light (see photos) and now need them attached to the mains. I will need the switch installed for the HPM unit, and possibly one for the security light. I am in Ngaio.

We'd want you to give us your opinion on the structure underneath to make sure you think it's suitable to build over (ie not too old). New Staircase and ballustrade for concrete verandah

We have a concrete verandah one storey high which currently has a short ballustrade which is unsafe for small children. (See photo's) We would like to replace the ballustrade with a new wooden framed vertical wire ballustrade of approximately 1 metre high. We would also like a stair case built from the right hand side of the verandah, attached to the blue concrete block wall, to provide access from the verandah to the garden.

Replace old Methven Ceramic taps and mixer

In the bathroom we have two ceramic methven taps with a separate mixer. (see photo's) Water is leaking quite badly from the mixer, with some water seepage from the bases of the taps aswell. We understand the taps are not made anymore, and would like a builder / plumber to replace them. Ideally we would like a Methven Futura basin mixer installed where the basin spout is now, and 2 basin stops installed in place of the taps. We can buy the methven futura mixer for $265. Re-roof 1927 Bungalow.

New Plymouth

100m2, straight line pitch. Does also have a section of about 1m x 3m of old corrugated asbestos cladding. The rest is standard long run iron roofing. Also needs fascia boards at either end of house replaced. Shouldn't require scaffolding. Garage roof also needs painting. Roof is new but still bare corrugated iron. Garage is straight line pitch, 6m x 6m, detached from house.
