Small job - Aquatica shower mixer venturi removal

We have just upgraded to mains pressure hot water. Previously we had an Aquatica shower mixer with venturi installed and now would like to consider removing the mixer, taking out the venturi (to get more cold water flow) and re-installing the mixer. Access to mixer is easy through the wall of the shower. We are in Mangere Bridge. Thanks
