Interior paintig

I have recently bought my first home. We are planning to move in shortly. I would like get my bed rooms(3) painted. Two are good sized and one is study room. At the moment there is wall paper on them and some screw hole which need to be filled up. I would like to get to know how much it costs.

DVS system repair

DVS system has started playing up. Working intermittently. ???electrician needed to repair? When working the control panel continues to be able to control it, however when not working the control panel appears to be functioning. Have rung DVS but they charge like a wounded bull just to see if it can be fixed and are trying to sell upgrades.
