We have recently brought our first home,It is 1 story high and we have a flat 80sqm roof that needs totally replacing with a new one, we can't proceed on any further renos until a new roof is on and are having a hard time finding roofers in wellington

Full Boundary Fence

Boundary fence flat section 3 sides 52m in total ( --- ). Looking at rough sawn posts approx every 1.8m apart and horizontal 90x19 gauged pine for palings at a fence height of 1.5m high. Potentially looking to do this myself over a weekend as I have priced materials at approx 2k. Interested to see what a professional would quote, if reasonable would take you on. See attached picture to give an idea, build is currently in progress so job would be within maybe 3 months time. Cheers.

Roof inspection and report

I have a building inspection report highlighting a potential problem with the corrugated iron painted roof. It has lead head nails which they recommend replacing and areas of lifting and rust which have been painted over and may have leaked. I need a licensed roofer to do an inspection of the whole roof and the roof cladding to look for leakage and report on possible repairs/upgrades. This needs to be done on the next 3 days .

Butynol repair in residential house gutter

Small hole in gutter. not easy to get to. Looks like Butynol. there is a spouting pipe that is joined to the gutter and disappears through a beam and then joins the pipes going to the water tank. the hole is right where the spouting joins the gutters. I have tried Silicone and Ados "Stop Leak". It's not leaking at present, but require a permanent solution in the long run.

Repair my roof please

I have a two bedroom flat with a decramastic roof that has a small hole in it. Heavy rain leaks through the skylight from the roof, so I am told. I have had two different tradies look at it and it seems as the roof needs to be re-surfaced or replaced and the skylight needs to be re-placed too as the double glazing has lost all its gas, as it were.

Cracked/loose bricks

My EQC Scope of Works states there is 0.3m area of cracked/loose bricks that myself and others have not been able to locate. I would like a professional to try to find these bricks and repair them if found, or if not found, provide a 'repaired' statement for insurance purposes. My home is single level, access is from a large easy access deck, and a ladder would not be required for an average height person. I have a step stool if necessary. The bricks are the red/white 'recycled' look.
