We require steps/stairs down the side of our hillside house - total distance going = 6.0m, total height variation about 2.5m - using an online formula for rise/tread calculation this equates to approx 14 steps. We would like to finish treads and risers in Kwila as per a set of existing steps (and clad sides as well). I can do Kwila partok, it's just setting up the posts and the stringers that I need done although open to quotes on this part or all of job. Existing steps elsewhere on property...

The job involves re-leveling the lawn and preparing the soil for re-sowing. The lawn size is "L" shaped and I calculate as 57 sqm. It would be 8m * 8m if square. I have sprayed and killed the old grass several weeks ago and also have done some of the re-levelling with an under-powered rotary hoe. I am happy to hire a more fit-for-purpose rotary hoe (actually have one booked for Saturday). I imagine the job might take 4..6 hours.
