Broken window & frame

This frame is approximately 70×40 cm single brace. It is my toilet window. The hinge is on top. There are restrictors on the side and a fastener at the bottom I am hoping to reuse. Any repair work on the whole window or just the frame itself is appreciated. Would appreciate a quick & cheap fix. Thanks in advance.

Roof leak

I have a leak in the roof which has left a leak in the ceiling. It is dripping and in downpours is like a tap has been turned on. Constantly emptying buckets. I have a few electrical related issues. First is an issue with the element control for the kitchen stove. The bottom 2 elements will only turn on high no mater what heat setting you set for the dial to. Second is a light in the lounge which has stopped working, I have tried swapping out the bulb with a working bulb and it still doesn't work. The third issue is with a light switch in the bed room. The top light switch is stuck and won't move.

Quick and easy job for a plumber

Old toilet and vanity has already been removed, floor waterproofed. Waiting for tiler to finish off tiling before we need a plumber to connect the brandnew toilet and install wall mount vanity. Pipes are inplace, may just need some fittings to connect to new units. Also a tap to be installed for my fridge, 2 meters from nearest source.
