House Rewiring

We have a small two bedroom 1920s rental bungalow which needs rewiring. Replace and rewire nine socket outlets, 13 light switches, 9 battenholder light fittings. Replace existing switchboard. Disconnect garage feed. Back of house addition has no roof cavity, roofing iron may need to be lifted to rewire or alternate wiring methods acceptable.
