Job description
We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves our new office/warehouse in Penrose and includes: Purchasing and fitting two sets of double doors for frames that already exist on two side rooms and to fix noise absorption panels to the back of one set of doors (already purchased) Introducing stud wall partitions 3m tall with part glass for light Purchasing and fitting door ways and doors into the stud wall - one double door – part glass doors - two single doors - solid doors - single door in a new hole in an existing stud wall Knocking a hole in an existing stud wall and putting in a set of short stairs and the above door, down to a mezz floor with a 600 upstand to avoid falls off

I would highly recommend Raymond if you are looking for a highly professional, dedicated and customer centric tradesman. Not only did he do an excellent job, but his input into the project enabled us to avoid many pitfalls which we were heading for. His knowledge of where to purchase equipment was also invaluable.
