I’m looking for one person/company to do this on a regular basis. The last person did 1 mow and took the money for 2 mows and never showed up.

Small timber deck (3800 x 3200), ground level.

Deck in front of a unit's sliding door which leads to lounge. 3800 x 3200 Only for small table with 3 - 4 chairs. Hardly any height (please see image of convex pavers in front of sliding door). Deckchair joist mount rubbers required Radiata 88 x 32 (Bunnings $2.93) Side panel so not too much can roll under the deck. Complete job required from "no deck to finished deck". Stain and finish not required. Job need to be done by mid of December. Thanks, Stefan

Deck re-build

Image 1 - New paved area for wheely bins Image 2 - One paved footpath to be removed and repaved Image 3 - Some extra pavers for the ending of new footpath (only up to the half round concrete. There will be later a small timber deck area). Please see attachment with measurements. Old pavers to be dumped. Job needs to be done before mid of December...

Outdoor brick kitchen bench

I am building an outdoor kitchen area and require a bricklayer to build a kitchen bench (900h x 600w x 6m long). Onsite is the concrete foundation that has been recently poured, old red kumo brinks, sand and cement. The bench will be used to hold a pizza oven and gas barbecue.

Roof painting needed, roof is fairly steep, recently professionally cleaned and needs paint. Its around 160m2 and scaffolding would be needed. If you are able to touch up the eves as well that would be great. I am thinking 2 coats would be needed as there is barely any paint at all on the roof after the roof clean.
