Outdoor brick kitchen bench

I am building an outdoor kitchen area and require a bricklayer to build a kitchen bench (900h x 600w x 6m long). Onsite is the concrete foundation that has been recently poured, old red kumo brinks, sand and cement. The bench will be used to hold a pizza oven and gas barbecue.
