An aerial has been put on my roof and it has created a small crack which has leaked. The timber around it’s all dry need to replace the roof tile and a small price of gib in ceiling and paint ceiling. This needs to be completed by 24 April 2019. I can get more photos and up date them tonight.

Basement drainage digging

We have a small area of basement that needs digging out so that we can create a drainage point for when we get heavy rain. The area that needs digging is about 2 meters long by about 500 deep. There are also some heavy cinder blocks in the way that will need moving at the same time.

Hi there, we have a section around a fireplace that needs to be repaired. There is some temporary repair done to the lead patch around the fireplace. This would ideally need to be removed and lined with a newer rubber patch and resealed and retro fitted with new sheeting. Also have another leak around a seperate roof flashing that we would like to be looked at.
