Kitchen rennovation - end-to-end project management

We’ve got a a dated 80’s,90’s kitchen that we want to replace. We’ve got a company lined up to build and install the kitchen and counters, but need someone to manage the whole process for us, including: - Consents (if applicable) - Drawing up plans - Removal of current kitchen - Demolition of two walls, one possibly load-bearing - Capentry - Organising electrician and plumber before/after kitchen install - Working with kitchen installers Organisations other trades - plasters/painters, flooring, tiling etc Basically we want someone qualified to come in and manage the whole process on our behalf. Looking to start as soon as kitchen completion date is confirmed, ideally next 2-3 months.
