Ensuite - Approx 5m2 floor to be tiled plus tiling over shower base & shower walls. Studio Kitchen/Bathroom - Approx 10m2 floor to be tiled plus tiling over shower base & shower walls. Areas will be ready for tiling by later this week / early next week, ideally we would like enquiries from experienced tilers who are available to complete these jobs...

Partial re-roof

Partial re-roof of one section only of our roof as the remainder has been previously replaced. Run is 5.6m from gutter to peak and 10.2m wide from flashing to flashing. Has no building paper underneight so would need this. Old curved over hot water pipe is disconnected and not required to be kept.

Repair cracked cooktop

The cooktop has had something fall on it and it is now chipped. The ceramic top has cracked and needs replacement. It is an older fisher and paykel cooktop, CASOS number of 87228, Model number of CT560F. Measurements are 510 x 575 mm from the edges of the white lining. The job needs to be completed before January 11th. Photos attached. The address is an apartment in the CBD.
