Gas stove top

One of our gas stove tops Is not working. Before, you can smell gas when you turn it on but no ignition Buy now the ignition workd fine as you can see a minor spark. You can see this spark even when we switching on the other cookers. Would like this fixed as this is our biggest cooker. A few days before it stopped working there was an overspill from a dish as it boiled. This may have caused the issue - not sure

Drain broken

The sewer drain from the house to the main is broken about 3 meters from the main, the rest of the system is pvc pipe, the breakage is the old clay type pipe and was not replaced when the new pvc was installed. The drain has been cleared and a camera sent down that showed the break from tree roots.
