Tenants moving out - Outside tidy up

Hi We are looking for a reliable gardener with some experience to do a nice tidy up around all of our Hataitai house. No lawns, just weeds, autumn leaf sweeping, some small tree pruning and hedge trimming to bring the property up to a tidy standard so the drive way is clear and the sides of the house are clear. The whole job should only take 3/4 hours.

Vertical Blind repairs. Help, I need my privacy.... :)

Range hood service/repair

Our range hood extractor in the kitchen above the stove hardly works anymore. steam rising hits the fan and about half goes around it into the room. It has started making a rattling noise when on. We need it to be fixed if possible. We have cleaned the grills but not taken the fan apart.
