Chimney sweep x2

Hi, Need two houses chimney swept. They are a few doors down from one another. One house has quite a high ceiling and is a rental property. Please find attached a pic. Gas Hob continually ticking and sparking

Smeg gas hob. Sparking goes continually when hob is switched on at wall. Have cleaned each one and aligned all tops. Burners all work fine but ticking/sparking doesn't stop.
