Cold oven

there was a very small & quick fire at the back of our oven and now it doesn't seem to get hot (looked like a small part 'blew' or 'burnt out' maybe). it is a 'Haier' (see attached photos). In any case, the oven turns on but doesn't get hot inside. we are not sure if a part needs replacing or what the problem is so we would like someone to have a look at the oven and fix it if it's fixable. Front of house renovation

In front of the house are some white mix match panels (unsure of material) needing these removed. Once old panels are removed insulation needs to be done and then new James Hardie sheets need to be installed. All up well need 5 sheets (I think the measurements are 2.4m high and 1.2m wide) The sheets will need to be cut etc. before installing.

Fix dimmer on light switch

The dimmer on the light switch in our lounge doesn't work. The lights work fine, and the dial turns left and right, but the lights don't dim. We've had an electrician come to have a quick look at it, as part of another job he quoted for and said it's an easy fix and the part is K005U Dimmer 500VA universal trail & lead. Ideally looking for someone local, and who can come in the evening or weekends

Timber flooring installer needed

New build in cromwell requires timber flooring to be installed. Owners have supplied the timber themselves and the idea was we would install it. However due to time constraints I can't imagine we will be able to fit it in. Will be ready to install approximately September 27th. Sqm is roughly 80sqm but I haven't measured it up. Would be best for someone to come check it out onsite. Boards are 150mm x 1200 each I believe.
