Small Tiling Job

Hi, We are after a tiler to put some tiles on around our bath, we will do our best to find matching tiles before you come out, As per photos, we need that square of Jib to be tiled, also we would like a few areas fixed as marked on photos, it is where they have cut out or put the old vanity onto. Painting of one side of a two-storey house

We need the rear side of our house painted. The cladding is rusticated-profiled weatherboard with aluminium window frames. Previous painting has left the window frames looking very average - cleaning of these to be factored in. There are a few complicated levels, requiring scaffolding to be provided. The current paint is flaking in places on the weatherboard, soffits and facias, so will require preparation.
