We need the rear side of our house painted. The cladding is rusticated-profiled weatherboard with aluminium window frames. Previous painting has left the window frames looking very average - cleaning of these to be factored in. There are a few complicated levels, requiring scaffolding to be provided. The current paint is flaking in places on the weatherboard, soffits and facias, so will require preparation.
