Current upstairs Shower leaks and majority of Shower tiles have cracked. Needs leaks sorted out and tiles replaced - may need shower cubicle removed to investigate cause of tiles cracking and leaks. Has occured before (Approx 1.5 years ago) and tradesman just replaced tiles. Problem has occurred again so may need a more through investigatiion before tile replacement is attempted again.

I have recently bought a house that has gas hot water - but the vendors cannot find the gas certificate for it. The house is currently tenanted and for the tenants to obtain gas from a gas company, the gas company needs to see a certificate for the installation. We have an area aprox 88sqm that is currently in pavers. They were only laid a bit over a year ago and are just set in crusher dust I believe. They have moved during earthquakes and Insurance company are going to cash us out. We are looking for someone to remove (they won't need to be removed from site unless you have a buyer for them) the pavers and concrete the area using reinforcing. One area needs to be capable of holding a very large swimspa pool.

Job is in Darfield. I need to get a repair/replacement strategy to fix some cracks in our asphalt driveway. We have has mixed comments from the insurance company (who are going to cash me out) but I am not happy with pot hole type repairs on a year old driveway. We have a Gas hot water cylinder and a separate gas central heating system (Raypak). We would like to change this to a combo until to supply continuous hot water and central heating using the existing radiators. The existing Flue will have to be removed and an additional radiator heater at the basement has to be installed.
