Hi, We have a Fisher and Paykel oven, approx 7 years old. We believe the bottom element is not working (cakes and biscuits not cooking on the bottom when not using fan bake, taking a very long time to get up to temperature). We would like someone to have a look, repair and get it working well again. Many thanks
