Problem: There is water ingress to the house from an outside concrete wall that is hidden beneath soil. The wall is built against soil (garden). The seal on the concrete beneath the soil (which is not visible) has worn off over time. This has caused water to seep into the concrete wall which has in turn caused water damage to part of the internal wall of the house. Solution: I need someone (or pair) to dig a trench down the side of the wall so that the concrete wall is exposed. The trench depth is approx 1.5-2 metres at the upper part of the wall. The depth is approx 1-1.5 metres in the middle part of the wall. The depth is less that .5 metres at lower part of wall. See attached photos. (Care needs to be taken with the upper wall to dig around the drain pipes/ see upper wall photo). The length of the trench (wall) is approx 7-8 metres. Nothing else needs to be done. Only digging out the soil. The removed soil can be left on the property. Timeframe approx 3-8 days. Start time: as soon as possible. I'm flexible with times but would need it done within 1 month from start date.
