TAU motor not working sometimes

I have a TAU motor automate. The motor sometimes doesn't open when I press the remote or keypad. If I leave it for a few hours, it might work again. Sometime it'll open in the morning and not working again in the afternoon. The gate manufacture came before but when they checked it, it was running fine. But I need to get somebody to fix the problem properly

I have 185 sqm of old kwila decking to replace. The bearers etc are satisfactory. (may be occasional joist replacement) this is no more than 1.2 metres of the ground and mainly much less than that. I can supply the timber and screws etc. Hopefully done before Christmas. Bannisters etc will also need to be replaced. Please give a "ball park" estimate cost before a more detailed enquiry as I don't want to waste your or my time.

We have a few things that need to be repaired in our house. I have attached photos of the ceilings that need fixing and painted. The ceiling with the tiles is sagging and the other ceiling you will see we had a leak and it is being held together with tape. Also, we need window sills replaced. You will see a pic of a crack in the wall. Also need wallpapering done throughout the house. We have new carpet being laid in 2 months time so hoping to have jobs completed before then.
