TAU motor not working sometimes

I have a TAU motor automate. The motor sometimes doesn't open when I press the remote or keypad. If I leave it for a few hours, it might work again. Sometime it'll open in the morning and not working again in the afternoon. The gate manufacture came before but when they checked it, it was running fine. But I need to get somebody to fix the problem properly
