Replacing a toilet and cistern

Hi there, I was looking for a quote to replace a toilet and cistern set up in our bathroom. Could we please also get a quote for just labour charges if we were to buy the unit ourselves and one quoted with the unit and labour. Laundry repair

The fibres cement board has broken on the back corner of the external laundry. Looking to replace the two panels and water damaged framing. Keen to add building paper where possible. We are getting a new roof for the laundry next week and once the exterior corner is repaired I will insulation and line the inside. The area to access the exterior corner is rather tight between the retaining walls, though I was able to fit down there. Once this is complete we want a new door added on.

I need an experienced tiler to lay 30 x 60cm tiles onto my existing wooden bench and down the water fall edges. I have the tiles already and have estimated (with 20% extra) that we need about 20 tiles laid. There cuts required as the bench is the same height as window frames and does turn on an angle around a corner. The total bench length is about 700cm long plus 90cm deep at 2 ends. I would like the gaps as tight as possible. I can be flexible over the timeframe.
