Remodel to 2 bathrooms

1) change existing bathroom to with a bath to wetroom shower and add toilet and, basin. Repair wall where aircon pipes cut in

I am wanting to have an aircon installed on an interior wall but am not wanting the pipes running along the wall. The installer says he can cut them into the wall, but would need someone else to cover up the plasterboard over them. I'm trying to determine how much that would cost to do? From the side of the aircon to the wall will be about 1 Meter.

Bricklayer for old doorway and repairs around new doorway

I will attempt to clean up as many of the old bricks as I can, and source some more second hand ones, but keen to get advice on this so I don't waste my time.
