There is some weed mat which I would like taken up and also some self sown small trees (privet I think) that I want removed. One of the privet is larger so I will leave that there but want it pruned back a bit. I would like the soil underneath the weed mat dug over and prepared for planting.

1981 build 1000 sq ft townhouse with internal walls cold to the touch in winter. Have a south wall with damage from a boarder that wind comes through. Therefore I suspect no wall insulation in the house. Needs to be done before interior decoration using wallpaper.
